It is with immense sadness and profound sorrow that we learned of the passing, early this morning, of our esteemed comrade 𝐀𝐥𝐡𝐚𝐝𝐣 𝐁𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐢, the MNCT candidate in the legislative elections of 29 December 2024 for the Haraz Albiar Department.
Today, the National Movement for Change in Chad (MNCT) has lost one of its most loyal, courageous, and dedicated members. Through his unwavering commitment, exemplary determination, and steadfast convictions, 𝐀𝐥𝐡𝐚𝐝𝐣 𝐁𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐢 made immense sacrifices for our political movement. He even endured imprisonment in defense of the ideals of the MNCT and to help establish and strengthen its presence and influence on the national political stage.
His legacy will forever remain engraved in the history of our party. His profound sense of duty, unwavering loyalty, and remarkable spirit of sacrifice constitute a priceless legacy for future generations of MNCT members.
In these painful circumstances, I extend, on my own behalf and on behalf of all the women and men of the MNCT, our heartfelt and deepest condolences to his family, relatives, friends, and to everyone who had the privilege of knowing and appreciating him.
We pray to Allah, the Most Merciful, to forgive him, expand his grave, admit him into His Highest Paradise (Al-Firdaws), and grant his family, as well as all of us, the patience and strength needed to endure this painful loss.
May Allah have mercy on his soul and grant him eternal peace.
