Launch of the Streetlight Installation Project in Linia to Enhance Public Lighting and Improve Community Safety
In an effort to reduce the risk of accidents on the Linia Bridge and improve the living conditions of local residents, we conducted a field mission to Linia alongside technicians from the Ministry of Energy, dispatched by Minister PASALET, to whom we extend our sincere gratitude for his commitment and support in this initiative.
This mission marked the beginning of the technical phase of our public lighting project and enabled the installation of the first streetlights on the bridge as well as along several strategic roads within the town. This investment aims not only to improve the safety of road users but also to support economic activity by allowing traders and businesses to operate under better conditions during nighttime hours.
We benefited from the valuable support of the Sub-Prefect, traditional leaders, and municipal police officers, whose involvement reflects the collective commitment to this initiative of public interest.
The works will, In Sha Allah, be completed in the coming days, and we are confident that this infrastructure will make a significant contribution to improving living conditions, stimulating the local economy, and strengthening the safety and security of the residents of Linia.
